In an Abyssal Cell, as you escape.

Under a tilted tree. To reach it, go down the stairs next to the Mausoleum Forger's Anvil, cross the bridge, turn to the west, and follow the curve to the end.

On the ramparts by the throne room. Just go down the stairs right before the lift control room and step outside.

Inside a wooden structure by the river to the west.

Inside the cave with the entrance under the waterfall, west of the river.

Inside a cave. To reach it, go around the burning windmill, head inside through the cellar door, go down the stairs, blast the weak point on the east wall, and enter the cave.

By the bridge foundation. You must use a zipline to reach it.

Within a tiny shelter set into the back of a rock.

Found on top of the tower you can reach by climbing the ladder by the wall.

Found inside a chest on the circular balcony, you can reach after dropping through the hole in the upper roof. Look for it in front of the barred door.

Found inside a chest in the upper room of the tower. To get to this location, you have to climb the ladder near the Templar, then use the shimmy point on the roof, and finally head through the crack in the wall.

Found on the middle floor of the library tower. Climb the ladder behind the pile of books to get to the chest.

Found inside a chest one floor below The Great Tower's Rooftop Forger's Anvil at the end of the round room behind the barred door. Exit the open window and cross the shimmy point to reach the chest.

Found inside a chest in an upper room outside the fort. To get to it, you must find the stone wall crack three floors below The Great Tower's Rooftop Forger's Anvil, in the large room where you fight the first Scarlet Thane, after jumping through the drop point.

Found in the attic of the tower you'll reach after jumping through the open window in the library tower. While carrying the Little One, jump over the gap and look for the hole in the roof of the tower, then drop inside to get to the chest.

Found near the brazier in the lower area after using the moving platform.

Found at the bottom of the cave, you can reach after opening the hidden Light Rune passage. Pull the two levers to drain the water and find the chest. This area requires story progression.

Found on the lower ledge near the Templar of The Sacred Steel. It can be reached only after defeating the Templar.

Found on the lower plateau near the Vexer village. You can only reach this area after unlocking The Light Rune on The Roggs Mountains.

Found inside a chest in the cave accessed via the western tunnel. The tunnel becomes available only after you deal with Vhoroo in the first cave, while following the story.

Found inside the chest by the window. You can get inside the house via the northern drop point.

Found in the passage past the Silver Pilgrim's Statue.

Go to the Forge Criptex after defeating Vhoroo, and you'll find a new accessible tunnel. Go through the tunnel until you reach a rope next to a torch. Climb down the rope and follow the path northeast to reach a large room with two chests in it. One of the chests contains the Health Gem.

Inside the same cave as the Troll.

In an opening. To reach it, go to the southwest of Morlock's Abyss Forger's Anvil, jump over the gap, and head to the other side of the area.
